The tagline is the result. Underneath it is a system: sequencing, quality control, thorough documentation, persistence, and commitment, applied the same way on every job, whatever the project.

01The system

Five habits, every job

Large or small, public or private, every Fieldmark job runs on the same five habits. They are what the signature at the end stands for.
  • Sequencing

The order of trades, inspections, and deliveries is planned before work starts. Each trade finds the job ready for it.

  • Quality control

Work is checked against the scope, the drawings, and the code as it goes, by someone accountable for the result.

  • Documentation

Photos, test results, inspections, and changes are recorded as the job happens, not reconstructed at the end.

  • Persistence

An open item stays open until it is right. Nothing gets quietly closed because it was small or late in the job.

  • Commitment

A signature means something. We sign off when the work is right and stand behind what we signed.

  • One point of contact

Operations and quality control own the scope, the sequence, and the record across every part of the job.

02The process

From site walk to signed record

Four stages, in order. Nothing starts until the stage before it is done.
  1. Walk the site

We see the work, the access, and the conditions before we price it.

  2. Scope and sequence

A written scope, the order of trades, and a schedule you can hold us to.

  3. Build and check

A credentialed lead runs each scope of work. Work is checked and documented as it goes.

  4. Close out and sign off

Punch list closed, documents gathered, record signed and handed over.

03Why we check every day

The covered wall

One small part of the system, and the one people ask about most.
  • A covered wall can't be inspected. Once it is closed up, no one can see what is inside it, so we check the work every day, before it gets covered.
  • Photo records tie each day of work to its date, its location, and its trade. What is behind the drywall is documented before the drywall goes up.
  • Every job ends with a final check and a signature. That is where Verified. Signed off. comes from.

04What you receive

The record is yours

Documentation is part of the deliverable, not an afterthought. On every job you get:
  • A written scope, schedule, and sequence before work starts
  • Access to the job record as it builds [TO CONFIRM: how customers receive job records (shared folder, email, job app)]
  • Same-day notice when something changes the schedule, cost, or scope
  • Closeout documents: permits and inspections, warranties, manuals, test results
  • The signed record at closeout, kept on file [TO CONFIRM: how long sign-off records are kept]
05Persistence

When something is not right

Problems happen on every job. What matters is that they are found early and closed for good.

Write it down

The problem is logged as an open item with a photo, the reason, an owner, and a date. It is never fixed silently.

Tell you the same day

If it changes the schedule, cost, or scope, you hear about it from us, that day, with options.

Close it on record

The item closes only when it is rechecked and the recheck is recorded. Then, and only then, it gets signed off.
